Today, we’re delving into its history and development. More on leeds-trend.com.
What We Know About Flight Club Leeds

Flight Club Leeds is part of the wider Flight Club network, whose story began in 2012. It all started when future co-founders Steve Moore and Paul Barham happened to notice a group of young people enthusiastically playing darts in a lively atmosphere at a pub in Devon. Inspired by the scene, they decided to use this idea to create a brand-new style of venue.
Their vision was to blend the warmth and character of a traditional British pub with a modern, fast-paced and exciting twist on the game, which they called Social Darts.
Initially, Flight Club existed only as a concept in Steve’s garden shed. But with the support of over 200 friends and enthusiasts – who collectively threw more than a million test darts – the idea evolved into a thriving business. This included the introduction of cutting-edge technology for interactive play and the opening of venues across the UK.
The first Flight Club opened in London’s Shoreditch in 2015, and the brand soon expanded to other cities, including Leeds. Today, Flight Club is not just a darts venue – it’s a social entertainment concept that continues to grow, even branching out internationally to the USA and Australia. The aim remains the same: to bring people together through fun, high-energy games and unforgettable experiences.
More Than Just Darts
Flight Club Leeds is undoubtedly unique for its concept, but it offers much more than just darts. Guests can enjoy an extensive cocktail menu, delicious food, and an innovative ordering system via touchscreens located right at the playing areas. The club’s popularity lies in its winning combination of top-notch service, vibrant nightlife, and interactive fun.
The interior design is another highlight – blending Leeds’ historic character with a playful, energetic atmosphere. The basement bar, for example, features an impressive mural celebrating the history of Park Row, creating a relaxed space to enjoy with friends.
Flight Club Leeds is open daily from 11:00 am until midnight on weekdays, and until 2:00 am on Fridays and Saturdays – making it perfect for both daytime and late-night outings.
The venue also offers private hire, with cosy spaces ideal for groups. The basement bar with its mural provides a particularly inviting setting for gatherings. Private hire of the entire venue starts at around £8,425, and the club can host up to 400 guests across two floors, featuring 13 oches.
